2. Description of Service

AutoFlip is a platform that helps users find, analyze, track, and flip classic and used vehicles. Features include AI-powered deal analysis, project management tools, a peer-to-peer marketplace, price alerts, and community features — all available free of charge.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@autoflip.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free Service & Sponsorships

• AutoFlip is provided free of charge. All core features — deal scanning, AI analysis, project management, marketplace, alerts, and community — are available to all users at no cost.
• We may display sponsored banner advertisements from partner businesses (parts suppliers, shops, insurers). These sponsors have no influence over deal analysis results or marketplace listings.
• We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, with clear notice to existing users.

5. Marketplace Listings

• Users may list vehicles for sale on the AutoFlip marketplace.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
• AutoFlip is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
• We do not guarantee the condition, legality, or title status of any listed vehicle.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings are prohibited and will result in account termination.

6. AI-Generated Content

AutoFlip uses AI to provide deal analysis, valuations, damage assessments, and other insights. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, mechanical, or legal advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing or selling a vehicle.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Spam other users or misuse the messaging features.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on AutoFlip is owned by AutoFlip or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoFlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any valuation or analysis will be accurate. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFlip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses related to vehicle purchases or sales made using our tools.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings.
